Integrated Executive Coaching, Psychotherapy & Consultancy for the Private Healthcare Sector

I’m passionate about helping people help themselves to flourish and live more joyfully.

Hi! I’m Belinda. I am a fully qualified, experienced and fully registered Psychotherapist and Integrated Executive Coach. Additionally, I am also a workplace mental health and well-being consultant.

My Approach

I am passionate about providing a safe, understanding therapy  space to help you overcome problems, learn new skills and make lasting changes. This is to help you to find relief and achieve your aspirations. Also on offer is a non-judgmental, challenging, transformative coaching space, enabling clients to set clear goals and create powerful results.  I offer a warm, professional, down-to-earth, transformation approach, whether therapy or integrated coaching.

I have an active commitment to equality, diversity, equity and inclusion. I’ve been fortunate to work with a broad range of clients throughout my career. I’ve successfully completed Mother Tongue training for clients requiring a British Sign Language (BSL) or mother tongue language interpreter.

My Background

My occupational background includes providing individual and group therapies within a range of NHS and charitable services and the private sector. I have worked as a Director of therapeutic services and director and middle manager within charitable mental health settings. Furthermore, I have worked in specialist sexual and domestic violence services and trauma recovery services. My history includes extensive experience working for therapy services (and crisis services) for addiction, self-harm and suicide prevention services within Camden and Islington in North London. Additionally, I have offered my considerable skills for independent consultancy psychotherapy work, working with professional and corporate clients with various issues. All these experiences have meant I have been fortunate to have worked with people with all kinds of problems from all walks of life. I have offered executive coaching to leaders, senior managers, business owners and entrepreneurs, primarily within the private sector.

Why I Do This Work?

After 20 years of working as a psychotherapist and noticing more and more leaders and senior managers were coming to me with emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns, I decided to complete additional executive coaching training to enable me to serve not only the individual, but leaders and their whole organisation.

With a 12 year leadership history of my own,  I have lived experience and awareness of the challenges that can arise as a leader. Today, I help quietly suffering leaders, those open to seeking support, those who may not want to disclose they are struggling; those feeling vulnerable and concerned about appearing so; those concerned their reputation could be damaged if they admit they are experiencing personal issues or blocks; those who are driven and ambitious but somehow not quite able to show up as their best selves; those who may have personal challenges, mental health problems, overthinking or negative thinking, or other wellbeing issues, etc. I provide a confidential psychotherapy and integrated executive coaching service for those seeking transformational help.
