In today’s complex world, taking care of mental health is more important than ever. In recent years, global health crises, geopolitical instability, climate change, and financial uncertainty have left many people feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, and even traumatised.

For leaders and professionals across the corporate, public, and charitable sectors, the pressures have been especially intense. Balancing effective leadership with personal and employee well-being—while also ensuring organisational survival—can be overwhelming. Today, weary leaders everywhere are feeling the impact.

I believe that a powerful blended coach-therapy intervention is needed that supports leaders and organisations of varying sizes – from the corporate, public and charitable sector – to address performance and wellbeing concurrently.

The scale of the challenge is stark: 1 in 8 people worldwide suffers from poor mental health. Among CEOs, the prevalence rises dramatically to 49% (World Health Organisation, 2022). Mental health issues in the corporate sector being a major issue. 72% of entrepreneurs self-report experiencing mental health problems. Research shows 86% of female business owners and 77% of male business owners report mental health challenges.

For many, it remains a tough time to lead. Leaders bear the burden of responsibility for organisational success and employee satisfaction. Given how important and impactful they are to an organisation’s people, performance, and financial bottom line, how well they feel—mentally, emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually—is paramount.

In light of this, I am deeply passionate about helping people, leaders, and their organisations.

Services 

I believe in walking the walk, not just talking about performance and well-being with leaders. That’s why I intentionally work closely with a small, trusted group of executive coaches. This personalised and integrated way of working reflects the professional and personal thriving and well-being I help leaders cultivate, and provides a distinctive, intentional approach compared with typical associate coaching models.

  • Corporate Therapy professionals  experiencing a variety of issues. E.g., stress, anxiety, depression, anger, compulsivity, trauma, etc.
  • Executive Coaching (sometimes called integrated coaching, coach therapy or therapeutic coaching) for leaders and professionals, and organisations across corporate, public and charitable sectors.
  • Leader Resilience Retreats –  restful retreats addressing stress and burnout recovery and resilience.

I deliver online coaching and online therapy in the U.K and Worldwide.

Workplace Therapy 

Corporate therapy is a powerful talk intervention to help individuals make lasting changes. It provides a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where clients can process and find relief from numerous issues.  Executive Coaching

I also offer integrated executive coaching. This emerging coaching approach for (corporate, public and charitable sector) leaders keen to fulfil their leadership potential and those experiencing personal stumbling blocks in achieving their professional goals. It is transformational coaching that blends the goal-oriented, results-driven, and forward-focused energy of coaching, and the healing, insight building energy of therapy.
